Increasing revenue generation.

Re-positioning existing stores to broaden appeal

Working with Resorts World Sentosa and Universal Creative, Kevin and team developed a new retail concept to allow for the introduction of the latest Universal movies, as well as a wider array of merchandise than previously presented.

To draw in customers, an "attractor" is used at the exterior as a photo op for guests.

Celebrating 1940's Hollywood "Golden Age," the new retail space features a  theatrical proscenium where guests experience their very own 'Oscar  Moment' striking a pose with the glittering gold statues. Enveloped under a simulated twinkling night sky, the iconic Hollywood Hills sign, and richly detailed classical art deco motifs combine to create an immersive and elegant, glamorous retail experience.

Silver Screen Themed Retail

To increase cross-promotional opportunities with Universal Studios, Kevin and Team redesigned an existing store facilitate merchandise sales from recent movie releases. Themed to the glamor of old Hollywood, the store rekindles the sparkle of Hollywood's golden age!
